Dr. Gloria Esoimeme

I’m Dr. Gloria Esoimeme — a physician, speaker, coach, host of Negotiation Mastery with Dr. Gloria, and a passionate real estate investor. My life’s work is grounded in one mission: to help women, especially in healthcare and leadership, step fully into their power — by mastering negotiation, owning their worth, and building lasting wealth.

Through every keynote, podcast episode, coaching session, and real estate opportunity, I strive to create spaces where women rise not by mirroring masculinity or competing with one another, but by leading authentically and strategically. I believe in the strength of sisterhood, the necessity of equity, and the transformative power of collaboration with men as allies, not adversaries.
